For enthusiasts that seek a cup of pure black goodness I take you to Cape Town, South Africa were two of my personal favourite coffee roasters: Espresso Lab and Rosetta Coffee. These places make it their goal to find and roast the best coffee beans and experiment with different ingredients to get a new unique taste to something so simple. the process of finding the perfect bean and ingredients is such a beautiful art to them as they travel to different parts of the world to find these perfect items. Now going to the west coast of the USA where a big coffee chain called Dutch Bros. Coffee dominates a certain market in the coffee industry. instead of creating a perfect cup of black coffee they attend to a younger market of people who enjoy a more sweater coffee taste by combining shots of espresso with milk, caramel, chocolate, hazelnut, and other sweet ingredients. Dutch Bros. has created a great marketing system which has allowed them t create a joyful hype brand style that can easily be capture by young and old alike.
